This document sets out all the terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the 77apc platform. Please read it in full before accessing the platform.
Introduction & Acceptance
Important: These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement. By registering for or using the 77apc platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.
Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions apply between 77apc ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who registers for or uses the platform ("User", "you", "your"). 77apc operates an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh, and all terms stated in this document apply to that service.
Changes to the Terms
77apc reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published on the website will be considered your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reading the latest version before each visit.
Age Restriction: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform. We reserve the right to verify age.
Account Registration & Management
Registration Eligibility
To create an account on 77apc, users must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid and active mobile number
- Must provide accurate and truthful information
- Only one account is permitted — multiple accounts are prohibited
- The account must be opened in your own name; not on behalf of another person
Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. 77apc advises you to keep the following in mind:
- Never share your password with anyone
- Change your password regularly
- If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately
- Always log out after using a public device
- You are responsible for any activity carried out through your login credentials
Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
77apc reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in the following cases: operating multiple accounts, fraudulent or deceptive activity, use of false identity, bonus abuse, any breach of these terms and conditions, or attempting to harm other users. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
77apc currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's main mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet) and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these four are not accepted.
Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
- Deposit amounts are credited to the account instantly
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Any applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing
Transaction Verification & Security
77apc may carry out identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, in order to protect funds and prevent fraud. All financial data is secured using SSL encryption technology. Deposited funds can only be returned to your registered payment method. If any transaction appears suspicious, 77apc reserves the right to place it on temporary hold while it is under review.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount. Example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
Wagering Requirements
Meeting the wagering requirements is mandatory before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
Example: For a ৳1,500 bonus — ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus Usage Rules
- Each user may receive the first deposit bonus only once
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games on the platform
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
- Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled
- Bonus abuse may result in account suspension
General Promotional Terms
77apc may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is published. 77apc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or offer without prior notice. If bonus fraud or abuse is proven, all related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
Fair Play Policy
77apc believes in fair play. All games are operated by accredited software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to manipulate a game will result in the account being closed immediately.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated bots or software
- Colluding with other players
- Attempting to hack games or systems
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted due to a server error, network issue, or other technical reason, 77apc reserves the right to void that round. In such cases, the wager amount will be refunded. Abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a software error are not valid and will not be paid out.
VIP Loyalty Program
Tiers & Benefits
The 77apc VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week
- Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week
- Diamond: up to 1.5% cashback per week
Tier Change Rules
In the 77apc VIP program, you may be promoted to a higher tier based on your activity and consistency. Tier changes are at the discretion of 77apc. 77apc reserves the right to change the structure, benefits, or terms of the VIP program at any time. VIP status is not transferable.

While every effort is made to provide the best possible service through the platform, 100% availability cannot be guaranteed.

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions and any matters related to them will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. If any clause of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
